01 / CHALLENGE

Bring complex estimating work into focus.

A specialist estimating workflow needed materials, labour, reusable assemblies, markups and project-specific pricing to be managed together without losing control or traceability. The brief was to create a structured way to prepare estimates while keeping pricing changes deliberate and reviewable.

The essential requirement was not simply to store more information. It was to make the relationship between data, calculations and project decisions easier to manage.
02 / SOLUTION

One workflow, built around reusable knowledge.

MaytrIQ designed and delivered a tailored estimating platform that brings client and project tracking, reusable estimate structures, material catalogues, labour rates and configurable estimating assemblies into one workflow. The platform calculates costs, markups and selling totals, supports bulk data import, and provides dashboards, access controls and change history.

03 / OUTCOME

A clearer path from source data to project total.

The completed platform centralises estimating data and calculation rules in a consistent, repeatable process. Estimators can reuse standard information, review changes before applying them and understand how each total is built. Managers gain clearer visibility across projects and estimates.
